Has "Church" Kept You From Your Heavenly Father? PDF  | Print |  E-mail

You’re not alone.  In fact, you might be shocked to find out how many people are walking around town with a thirst to be intimate with God, but they’re scared to walk through the doors of a church.  If they could just have Jesus, then everything would be great.  But they wonder...

What if they knew my past...

Are my kids dressed well enough...

Will I be Judged...

This list of questions can go on and on and they all hinder our relationship with our Heavenly Father. We hate that this happens, but it's reality.  Instead of pretending these kinds of questions don't exist we would rather be proactive at solving them and removing the types of actions that birth them.  Let's be honest - lives are messy both outside and INSIDE the church and that statment doesn't shock God.  That's the reason why he sent His only Son to die in our place and take on the wrath we deserved.  The Bible is clear that all of us have a sinning problem.  Our lives prove that no matter if your a pastor or a hooker.  The only thing that matters is if you repent of your sin and look to Christ to save you from God's rightous judgement.  If our lives weren't messy and sinful we wouldn't need a Savior.

This Sunday we invite you to come as you are to a place where you will be accepted just as you are.  We want to encourage you to draw close to your Father again through the Son and the Spirit.  This Sunday find...
